The inside of the cup, handle of the cup, and the feet of the cup are gilded. Marked on the bottom with a gold cross under Dresden in blue. I've held a bright light up to this and there does not seem to be anything under the cross, but it was probably decorated by one of the leading studios in Dresden Germany, such as Helena Wolfsohn, Donath, Ambrosius Lamm, etc, considering the overall high quality of the decoration.
