I don’t know what the letters spell around the top of the whistle. It does sound clear. In normal wear condition for its age with marks/ scratches rubbing etc. We will do our best to make it right!

Three Native American wooden flutes. The High Spirits flute is just over two feet long, and has very slight abrasions at the very bottom. The blue-/turquoise-painted flute is about 19” long.
