These are part of a set by the Henry L. Hughes Company, which licensed their items from '34-'41. The set likely included, at least, a comb but there were various sets with brushes also and it's unclear if all sets included anything more. These are wonderful art deco Mickey Mouse pieces that aren't seen often.
