The valves can be removed but do not slide freely. It requires a complete overhaul. The bell has a very beautiful engraving.

Signalhorn aus Kupfer mit einer langen Kordel an der 2 Trodel befestigt sind. Auf dem Signalhorn ist eindeutsches militärisches Emblem mit Eichenlaub und 2 Schwerter aufgelötet. Ich habe das Signalhorn von einem kleinen Händler aus den Vogesen, der dort mit Antiquitäten handelt.

For Sale Holton Herbert Clarke Model, low pitched Gold Washed Bell Cornet. Circa 1922, Very good condition for it's age. Superior valve compression, no leaks. Great sound, as all Clarke models have. Main tuning slide is stuck didn't want to pulled it forcefully, not to break it. 2 other slides are free. The instrument has a weld on the bell, welded with silver soldering wire, no leaks. Otherwise pretty straight forward. Please check the pictures. Comes with the Holton hardshell case. Great vintage unbranded mouthpiece, and a note holder.
